Tiny amounts of data required

I have an Apple iPhone 6s+ on EE and need to use only a tiny amount of data per month when I'm out (so that my son can locate me using Apple's FindMy service). I do not want to pay a monthly fee to get way more data than I need when I'm likely to use so little data. Is there any way I can purchase a data plan which constantly rolls over any unused data without having to top up each month?

@TheMan : You can't have data rollover w/out topping-up each month & that'll be PAYG Packs. The only alternative to that is to buy data add-ons as & when you need it but w/out the monthly commitment there'll be no rollover.
