Gifting data

My mum & her sim are India & turned off, she is not using data & I'm almost out. I think it is effecting being able to gift my number data. I need it for driving, maps etc. Help!

Has your mum's plan refreshed since she left the UK?

If it has, you'll need to wait until she returns to the UK before you can gift data from her plan.
