So difficult to contact this company !!!
paid an upfront fee and large monthly rental for a new phone n package. Returned after one day as camera was not much of an improvement on my old one. Been a month now and all they’ve done is add all my money to my account - I’ve asked for a refund but the lady I spoke to was so patronising. Can’t email these robbing buggars Aaaaargh

What was advised when you spoke with a member of our customer care team?
