It arrived this morning!

I'll set it up this afternoon, grab the iem number & try to claim. 

No communication from EE  at All which I think is disgusting, even the order page hasn't been updated!

@ldwilliams-uk what document are you using to claim? The guy in the EE store said I can use the delivery note but the only date on that says 1 November. However the order date was 10 October.

Hi EE community.

Is anyone here still waiting to receive their Pixel 8 Pro?

I see that some have had deliveries and some are still waiting. I have been told on numerous occasions that it will be dispatched in 7 days but still nothing. I'm guessing it's a Google issues, but this is getting silly now.

Anyone got any advice or suggestions with regards to getting a more specific delivery date?

Hi Katie_B,

I first pre-ordered in store on the 5th October but long story short, that apparently didn't work and also no Pixels in stock on release date. Then ordered again on the 14th October and then after calling EE on the 21st October for a delivery update, still non available and told to re-order again!!

So, after 3 orders still no phone. I ordered Pixel 8 pro in Obsidian 256g.

New to EE and not a great first experience 😕

I'm really sorry that you've had some problems with your order, @JS1975. New orders of that version are expected to be dispatched within 7 days, so you should hear from DPD soon.

Thanks for your response Chris. I've been told "7 days" so many times I've lost count. I appreciate its a Google issue, however I don't get why I'm constantly being told the same thing...... 7 days! Frustrating 🙄

Annoying thing is, my local store now has one in stock but I can't have it due to me placing my ordering on the phone even though my FIRST pre order was done in store which apparently wasn't confirmed.

Hey everyone,

  Anyone having to wait an incredibly long time for their pre-order of the Pixel 8 Pro?

  I ordered on the 6th October in store and have heard nothing, can't track online and even had a message conversation with an EE representative who couldn't help at all.

  All I've been told is that there are 'supply issues' and I'll receive a text when they receive it.

  The communication from EE and indeed between themselves appears fractured at best, anyone had similar?
