When ordering a replacement Esim I get the option to provision this either by using the app or scanning the QR code it will display on the web page depending which option I choose. Neither option works the app doesn’t show anything or have any menu option from what I can see and the web page says there has been an error displaying the QR code.
has anyone got this to work?

I have now ordered it by post, annoying that the quick easy route doesn’t work,
Esims are not a great solution unless they are as simple or simpler than a physical one.
They are not for the consumer’s benefit yet in my view.
