Hi, I have recently upgraded with ‘anytime upgrade’ so have had to trade in my old phone, I sent it off with special delivery on the 7th of April and haven’t heard anything from EE that they have received the phone? I’m really concerned as I have had multiple emails saying I need to get it there by the 14th or I will be charged £605 on my next bill! Is there anyone I can contact to find out more information please?

Have you checked your special delivery package was received by EE agents?
