How do I get my MCK code?

Is there a better way to contact EE than over the phone to obtain this?

Currently in Thailand and cannot make phone calls. My Thai sim is not being accepted as I need an MCK code. When trying to get this through the website, by entering my IMEI, nothing happens.

Can anyone help?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

You can just apply using the Unlocking your device form giving the mobile number that it originally came with.
