Moved over from by to ee, and what a disaster

Moved over from bt to ee, was told pretty much be the same but just better, what a load of garbage, was told I would be getting 3 wifi boosters as part of the package and only got one, phoned them and was told others on the way, still didn’t turn up....

I am purchased an International Pass Add-On for £2.00 / monthto my mobile EE account yesterday.If I remove it from my account now, will it still be active for the remainder of the month? Thanks

Re: want to pay my bill

I have been unable to pay my bill as today is my billing date. I hope I wouldn’t be penalised for this as I learn the app is down for now.
