Failing too show iPads available

Tried to look for an iPad  but when I click on the tablet icon it says am not eligible but when I rang EE they say an eligible to open another account

I am purchased an International Pass Add-On for £2.00 / monthto my mobile EE account yesterday.If I remove it from my account now, will it still be active for the remainder of the month? Thanks

Re: want to pay my bill

I have been unable to pay my bill as today is my billing date. I hope I wouldn’t be penalised for this as I learn the app is down for now.
