Hi EE,
For some reason, I can remove the 250 UK to ROW mins & SMS add-on via the app or the website? Can this only be done by calling?

It's been on for 3 weeks coming up to a month. As I only needed this for a few weeks I was told I could remove this at any time.

If you are on pay monthly, you could open an online Chat to check the situation and that it will be removed at the end of whatever period it should run for and get EE's confirmation they will refund any erroneous charges they apply after you've requested cancellation of the Add-On (save the transcript).
Potentially you may just need to wait for the next billing cycle for the Add-On to fall off. You would need to request a refund if the service provider makes a mistake at that point.

You can ask us to remove the Add-On at any time but we won’t remove the Add-On from your account until your next billing cycle.
