Hello, I'm very confused about changing my bank card details. I'm on Pay Monthly.
I have just got my new bank card and figured I have to change my bank card details. So since I pay direct debit, does EE need my new bank card details? The reason why I ask is because when I went to Bills and Payments through My EE, it only brought up info about my bank details, not my bank card details.
Please explain in black and white if I need to change my bank card details or am I ok as is? If I need to change my bank card details even if I'm paying direct debit, please explain in a step by step method how to change my bank card details please. Will this also apply to my EE broadband as I pay direct debit on that as well (be patient, I have Asperger’s Syndrome).
Having to not talk to a human about this on the phone and instead listening to a machine is a bit confusing!

@DanRoche57 EE don’t need your card details, you are paying directly from your bank account.

No, DDs are charged to your bank's sort-code & your a/c no, not to your bank card.
