Hi, I’m considering upgrading to iPhone 14 pro on the plan that offers Apple One. I am trying to find out if I can upgrade the Apple One subscription to Apple One Family (appreciate I may have to pay more).

It's individual subscription only. You would have to go directly through Apple for the Family plan.

I have existing Apple Music Family that I will need to keep, do you happen to know if I can have an apple one subscription and Apple Music family on my same Apple ID?

I only want the BT app back as a smart benefit. Not interested in any of those Apple ones or music. Wasn’t told until near the end of agreeing my contract. £71 per month and told £25 on top for BT. Just a joke. Tailor deals for customer needs!!!!
