I upgraded iPhone 11 to iPhone 13 Pro Max and was offered a trade in deal in my old handset.
Sent the old handset back in the little bag I was sent, special delivery and it was signed for the next day (12/01).
I haven’t had anything from them to say they’ve received it.
Phoned EE for help earlier this week. They followed up and received a text from them this morning saying it can take up to 5 working days from handset being received for it to be processed. Fair enough but it has actually been 7 working days so I’ve called EE again tonight and they have sent another query off and say I’ll get a response next week.
I’m worried that by the time I get a response it will be past the cutoff date for when the handset had to be processed.
Anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the community, @Kerrypeck.
If it's been sent to us and signed for, it should only be a matter of time before it's scanned in and updated. Hopefully they're able to locate it soon and update you when the query comes back.
