Launch Date Delivery

Waiting for the launch date delivery of the iPhone 12. No update currently. Would like some answers to prevent wasting a day. Thank you.

@AC001   If you’ve not heard anything from DPD I doubt you’ll get it.  A pre order is not a guarantee of receiving a device on launch day.

It is when told it will be here on Launch Day but EE have a systems issue and fail to process orders at the correct time.

 

Communication of when delivery is expected is bare minimum. EE has lead people who did preorder to believe it was for release day.

The problem is I was told by ee I would have my phone on launch day but I have heard nothing today and it doesn’t say anything online

Hi @Charlie2982.

 

As soon as your phone is ready for delivery, DPD will send you a text to confirm your delivery slot.
