EE WiFi-Auto

Hello all my smart hub plus doesn’t distribute ‘EE WiFi-Auto’ SSID. I’ve only had the hub for a week. Does it take a while to start broadcasting?  I can see EE WiFi but I don’t know if that’s next doors or mine
