Hello, I am currently experiencing this same problem, my phone bill is due the 2nd of every month yet this month i owed £280.11, however £195.11 was used in the microsoft store, I have never used the microsoft store nor do I have an Xbox, I am struggling to understand why such a large amount of money has been used.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had an unexpectedly larger bill. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look at those charges for you.
