Says bill overdue but its saying paid when i go into bill

My services have but suspended due to unpaid bill even though I paid it on Wednesday night and in the bills and payments tab it says paid

Hello @Gwelsey69 

when your payment is late your services Will be restricted, these services ain’t automatically unrestricted upon payment has to be done by an EE Guide known as a Manual Reconnection which takes a maximum of 24 hours to reinstate.

I would recommend contacting the EE Billing Team HERE for more guidance.

@Gwelsey69 : Do you have a DD in operation that eventually failed? Once the DD is applied for by EE it is marked as paid until it fails twice.
