Hi all, I got a notification from my bank to say my EE direct debit for my mobile would be nearly £6 more this month. I’ve got on to the EE app to check if this is the case and it is, but doesn’t say anywhere why. There are no add ons for this month, no extra charges, no fees, nothing. Yet the bill has gone up. Can anyone help with this as the “message us” function also isn’t working.

It's possible that this is related to the Annual Price Change. If so, you should have received a text message, email or letter about this.
