EE TOPUP not working

I’ve just paid for £20 credit to TOPUP on my pay as you go plan and it’s been taken out of my bank account but not been put into credit. Never had this issue before. What do I do?

Unaccetable 4g Speeds

Resolved! Mobile phone data does not work

I cannot use my data. My Internet only works when I’m connected to Wi-Fi which is super inconvenient. Trying to get through to a human on 150 and have been on hold for 1hr so far. 

Missing data
