Sim only!

Iv had a letter saying I’m in debt! I stopped my sim only and moved to Tesco mobile as I needed a new phone….iv now had a letter saying I’m in debt with ee. But I don’t understand as I stopped using my sim!

I’m trying to pay my bill on line and it’s not taking me to the right place all I get is other peoples comments and answers 

Paid bill but…

I paid my bill for this month but I still have no data whatsoever. Usually I have data as soon as I pay. Whats going on here?

Resolved! Paying bill

I paid my bill early on the app and it has charged me for my bill again so I have paid double this month and I want my money back for the original payment
