Services from other companies

My recent bill has a charge of 15p for ‘Services to other companies’.

I’ve searched on the reference number & telephone number given and this says it’s relating to: 02 Infracast (text).

I have no idea what this is and did not send a text to anyone new on or around the date given or asked for any payment of 15p to be made!

I know it’s only 15p but I want to get to the bottom of it in case it keeps happening.

Can anyone give any advice on this please?

The reference on there is the third party number: 81550.

When I search the telephone number it comes up as Royal Bank of Scotland (which is still baffling to me!)
