I want to pay my final bill for my broadband, but I can't find the payment opt.

Hi all, I want to pay my final payment, but when I go to my payments section, the system only shows up "payment help" and I really could not find any methods to pay my bill. No Direct debit etc. Many thanks!

The payment methods have been removed from that page of your MyEE for BB because you've now cancelled your BB & EE intends to take the final payment from your unchanged normal method of payment. You should not have stopped your DD until you had paid off everything. Now you'll have to call EE to settle your bill.

@Tommychou : Your final bill will be taken from your normal method of payment. Just don't cancel or change it.

but I cancelled before I leave the UK.. how can I do..

I used to use 'Direct Debit' for monthly payment, bur right now I could not find the set up Direct Debit anymore in payment manage.

As you could tell, my payments are gone, only left with payment help, but it can't really help..
