Had full fibre broadband installed in November and have yet to make a payment by direct debit

@Standfree83  You need to call customer services about this.  

  If they say you owe nothing then request confirmation of that.   cover yourself.  😉

Tried phoning 4 times been put on hold all the time and still spoke too no one.
