I haven’t used use my sim since Oct 2023. I try to reactive the sim when I need to receive text message from HMRC. I topped up my sim but I can’t use the credit to buy any plan. How can I reactivate? Cheers

intermittent 150 problems

Does anyone know what's happening to EE 150? its patchy at best! Sometimes you can get through, other times it doesn't even connect, or you just get cut off prior to the call being answered?  Have tried all the EE fixes, no change, checked coverage, ...

I have recently moved from a contract to pay as you go. The switch happened whilst I was abroad (still am) and I now cannot make a call, call 150, pick up voicemail etc as my phone seems barred. How do I release this asap?
