Resolved! Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Error

I have had access to the above Gamepass today.  But trying to activate it I get the error , attached. Tried from EE App, EE webpage and PC webpage.  Is this a known issue? A bug or "feature"? TIA.

Game Store Tab

The EE store tab for gaming is not working when I am logged into my account, so I cannot add one to my plan. I have already phoned about the issue but no one has gotten back to me.

I have had the same issue for the two weeks with BT and now it continues with EE. Nothing suggested works. Very frustrating.
