Hi I have a friend and family code and im trying to upgrade……I have tried on my ee app and website tried phone plans,sim plans multiple diff ones. I have tried clearing cache and cookies and tried a diff device …and anytime I input code it says invalid I got my friend to get me two other codes and same error what can I do to resolve ?

I would recommend asking the employee who provided you with the code to report this via the intranet site.
