How can I check phone usage and charges via the App for calls since the last Bill ?

Hi @TheresaN . 

You can check for any charges outside of your allowance by texting BALANCE to 150. 

Alternatively for a breakdown of your charges please log in to the app and follow these steps:

Bills & payments > Scroll down to view your numbers and it will say which has extra charges > Tap the number > Tap Extra Charges.
