problem to change PAYG plan

One month ago, I bought an EE PAYG sim card. Today, I have received a text from 150 that said:

IMPORTANT: you need £15.00 for your SIM Local Pack to start automatically. Please top up on ee.co.uk/myee. Until then standard rates apply: 40p/min & 20p/text in the UK
To use data on your phone, you'll need an add-on or pack. Click here to buy http://add-on.ee.co.uk/text

I know that my pack is expired, and I decided to choose the £10 plan (8GB,...). So,I toped up my EE account on the EE app, and my current credit is £10. After, I text ALL PACKS to 150,
response:

We have a new range of packs to choose from and now you can get 10% off any pack you buy when you set up direct card payments. Just head to MyEE to get set up.

So, I replied Pack10

but I received this message which £10 plant had disappeared... and start from £15

a £15 Pack, giving you 15GB of data, UNL mins and UNL texts, reply PACK15
a £20 Pack, giving you 30GB of data, UNL mins and UNL texts, reply PACK20
or a £30 Pack, giving you 100GB of data, UNL mins and UNL texts, reply PACK30


My question is, how can I choose a £10 plan to renew?

You would seem to have a SIM Local which does not have the full range of PAYG packs. As it says "IMPORTANT: you need £15.00 for your SIM Local Pack to start automatically".

Where did you buy it? Perhaps at an airport?

Exactly, I bought it at the airport.

So, is not any way to buy a cheaper pack?

Dunno much about SIM Local; more familiar with ordinary PAYG SIMs & packs but from what it's telling you the min. pack you can get is £15. This is confirmed by EE SIM LOCAL PACK AND EXTRA DATA OFFER TERMS

If you call 150 and speak to the PAYG care team they can change it to a regular PAYG SIM card and they should be able to start the £10 pack for you.
