Hi I have no access to a phone and I would like to make an insurance claim for a new phone iPhone 13 ASAP thanks for your help!

Is your insurance with EE? if yes, our insurance team are only contactable via phone.

You can contact them by calling 07953 966 250 from any landline or provider. 

Alternatively, you can pop by your local EE Store who can help with getting in touch with the team.
