Recently transferred broadband from EE to BT as suggested by EE advisor when upgrading mobile contract, she said EE pay upto £300, I just have to claim it back once final bill paid, which now it has.

Cant remember what she said I have to do to reclaim it, cant find it online either

Any help appreciated Thanks

@derk19601960   Why would EE be giving you up to £300 if you’ve moved from EE to BT ?     EE will not payout anything if you’ve moved away from EE.

When I find out, I will let you know

Same as Why EE promote move to  BT broadband when same company

EE & BT are not the same co. but separate ISPs with their own products & prices.

EE will pay exit fees in some circumstances when migrating some BB to EE but not the other way round. That would be up to BT.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

@derk19601960   So your saying EE will pay you to move away from their service.    Why would EE pay you to leave ?
