I can’t see my broadband details in my ee app? Can’t add it or nothing. Why?

@Joffie7 If you use a browser on a Laptop/PC and log into MYEE you can add it there.
The App is for mobile products, unless it has changed since last I looked.

It has! The EE app includes Manage WiFi Controls (which I never seen mentioned for the online EE) which all the hoo-ha is about in the New EE BB community.

Just been on to phone to them and they said I have to link it on my phone first as I was on my iPad and I’ve done that but all details are correct and it’s says it’s wrong and now have to wait 15 minutes before I can try again

Thanks for that. Well I had another look, and it looks very similar to MYY on my laptop, although no Manage WiFi controls, but then I don't have one of the new routers, and if I click on the shop it comes up with an error.
