Please help me as I'm going round and round in circles.
I want to subscribe to Netflix but the TV is asking for a payment PIN. I don't ever remember setting up any PIN so I've been trying to find a way to re-set it, and this is where I'm in a loop of confusion.
I've downloaded the App, I've looked at all the help pages which say 'select reset pin' in the bottom corner.... where on earth is that?! I can't find anything in the forum and EE don't seem to accept direct contact via the phone or email?! I've been trying to figure this out for days.
I'd really appreciate some help.

Are you using EE TV?
What happens when you try to call our customer care team?

Yes I'm using EE TV transferred automatically from BT in DecJan.
I haven't even been able to find a number to call on the contact us pages. Website is very hard work.

In the EE TV app on your mobile or tablet, select My TV in the bottom right corner.
On that screen, then select "Reset My Payment PIN".
