I placed an order and paid the upfront fee which has come out of my bank but no confirmation email???

Resolved! Will I get my money back if credit fails

Hi there,So I am at the final stage of taking out a phone on finance, and it is asking me to pay the upfront cost. I assume at this stage the credit check has not been carried out. Will I receive my money back if the credit check fails?
