I have just gone to my app to try to gift data to my husband as I have done many times before and it says the app is being updated. I can't access anything about my account other than by texting but I can't gift data at all. This is clearly not a recent issue as on this forum there are other people posting similar issues for some time. I can't understand why the app is being changed. It worked perfectly. When will the app be back online please and when will I be able to gift data again? I don't see why my husband should pay for extra data when i have lots and we spend £100 a month with EE.

Use MyEE online instead.
