So I got a new phone and I put the EE SIM card into my new phone and I'm able to use it on Wi-Fi but when I don't have Wi-Fi and try to use cellular data it doesn't work and tells me to be connected to a Wi-Fi network or a cellular data network even though I'll have full bars and 4g

Which model phone are you using? 

Do you have data included with your plan and have enough remaining?

I'm using the iPhone 6s and I should have enough and I do have data in my plan

Can you go into your phone Settings, then mobile data do you have this turned on? 

Please check all apps have data turned on that you would like to access.

Yes mobile data is on and all the apps are checked on but it still isn't working

Can you go into Settings > General > Reset iPhone and Reset Network Settings only, the iPhone will restart and will remove any saved WiFi passwords. 

Once this is complete, please try using data again.
