Incorrect data allowance on new contract

Hi,
I started a new sim only contract last week, it was supposed to be 30gb, however, I have only been given 1gb. 
Now that I have used 1gb I have ran out of data.
I spoke to support via the online chat and also via 150 but the problem is still not solved and I currently have no mobile data.
How do I get this issue resolved?

If you have documentary proof of the 30Gb allowance, then EE CS have access to your individual account and should be able to advise further. You mention already contacting them, and the issue not being solved - why not? What happened on that call?
