DATA GIFTING

Pay a lot of money for an unlimited sim with data gifting. Plan renewed today and it keeps saying ‘no one on this account has enough data to gift’, even though my plan is unlimited!

When will this be fixed?!

Welcome to the community.

Could you try restarting your phone this morning please? Let me know if you're now able to gift. You can only gift from the first 100GB of usage on an unlimited plan, so hopefully once your allowance has updated, you'll be able to gift again.
