Data issue

Hello,

when I upgraded the operative said I would be receiving double data but I don’t think it has been added to my account and my data has run out this month. Can you check this please?

@DW2812  you can check this yourself by logging into your account if it’s not correct then you will need to call customer services. This is a public forum that has no access to your account to see what you have got..
