Gifted Data Issue

I gifted 40GB to the others in on my account late this morning but it didn't seem to be credited there. The EE app says there is a problem checking how much data there is on the second SIM but show the main number as having been deducted 40GB. Unfortunately I didn't check before deleting the SMS from EE at the time of gifting.

Hi @ExpatSusie.

Are you able to see the data allowance today?

If not, can you text AL to 150 on the number you want to check?

Thanks eventually sorted via EE chat - 40GB left my account, arrived then immediately vanished on the other SIM. EE have put 40GB on the other SIM. Lots of apologies but no explanation. Suspect it might have been their billing system as I got an SMS to say my bill was ready online in same timeframe.
