To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Its a sky router but it is saying its connected and its working on everything else. My data is also not working even though it says i have 5G. I have tried to call EE and when i press 1 to speak to someone it sends a link to my mobile to click on but as my data is not work i am unable to use the link 😞

@Lollymaccy88 : Tell the phone to Forget that network & then connect to the Sky router's network SSID again & supply its pwd.

Unfortunately i have already done this. It connects it again and says i am connected but when i go to my home screen there is no wifi icon. My 5G icon is showing but my data is not working

@Lollymaccy88   What phone is it ?  As it’s not a router/wifi issue if it’s also effecting cellular data.

Hi Chris

Its an Iphone 14 plus. I am getting the odd notification here and there but apart from that i cannot get onto any apps but can call out and send imessages.

Hi @Lollymaccy88

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you go into Settings, Mobile Services and turn Mobile Data off then restart your iPhone and turn Mobile Data back on, does this work for you?

If not, please try going into Settings, General, Reset, and Reset Network Settings. This will remove all saved WiFi passwords and restart the phone.

Please let me know if trying these steps solves the data and WiFi connection problem?

Leanne.

@Leanne_T  @Lollymaccy88   After Setting>General> it’s TRANSFER OR RESET iPHONE>Reset>>Reset Network Settings
