What are the chargeable phone Nos. On Mobile data?

@Dudleykemp   There isn’t any.  Mobile data is internet access/app usage/emails/WhatsApp/Facebook/games/eBay access etc etc .  You don’t make calls over mobile data.    there are some apps ( like what’s app ) that use can use to make calls that go via mobile data but these are nothing to do with your out of allowance charges or any charges you could incur and so are not charged to make that call as it will consume your data allowance.

Further to the above, on a plan where there are no inclusive call allowances but the SIM is in a device capable of making voice calls - then all those calls will be chargeable.

080x numbers are free from all UK phones, but any other number will be chargeable.
