Hi @JR1956,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Is the SIM registered with My EE?

James

HiNo I can't register as every time I try to it says its sent an access code to my phone. I don't have a phone as the card is in a 4G cameraJohnSent from my Galaxy

Hi @JR1956,

Are you able to pop the SIM into a phone temporarily to get it registered?

Hi Chris

I have a sim card in a security camera and need to check my balance on it. Its not on a subscription pack so I cant seem to check it by logging in. Any ideas how I can find my balance as I cant send balance to 150 as its in the camera and not a phone. I know I coulkd take it out and put it in a phone but I dont have an EE phone and the camera is 15 miles away on a site and would prefer not to have to travel to it to check my balance anyway. Any ideas appreciated

Thanks

John

Hi @JR1956,

Have you linked the SIM to your account in the EE app?

James

Probably not as cameras don't receive SMS.
