Hi I ordered my replacement SIM card more than a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived, I’ve just tried to contact customer care but there’s a message stating ‘lines closed’ despite the hours being 8am to 9pm. Not great is it.

Are you calling 150 from an EE handset or 07953 966 150?
