When is my contract up

You can see online by visiting My EE and going to Plans & Subscriptions > Mobile.

Bare in mind that your contract does not technically 'end', but it has a minimum term. You can either cancel or upgrade at the end of your minimum term.

You can text UPGRADE to 150 for details on when you can upgrade/upgrade early.
