Upgrade

I recently did an online upgrade. A month later have been told it was an additional line but as it was over a month ago I cannot




cancel it so I am now having to pay for 3 lines.

I didn't order an additional line. This seems to happen a lot so EE must take some responsibility.  Will it be better to cancel the contract and go elsewhere?

Does your order confirmation email state it was an upgrade or an additional line?
