Thanks a lot I wait 8 O'clock to call them ,hope this will sort it ,it's so stressful to know how easy someone can pretend and use your informations ,thanks ,will keep updated

Everything seems OK now ,the upgrade is stopped ,the parcel is stopped and contract will be reversed ,the fraud team is on the case so it looks good so far ,what a relief
