So on anytime plan due upgrade in may 2024 but my Samsung is broken can I stay on the anytime plan without sending my phone back I'm not going to upgrade early will wait until current contract ends

@Mckinnon19 to remain on your current tariff, you will need to get a replacement phone yourself. EE will not give you a new phone unless you are upgrading which will mean a change of contract and that contract has to be more costly then you have now. You’ll also need to pay a fee to keep your current device or pay a fee so you can trade it in as it’s broken
if you’ve got phone insurance, then you just make a claim on that
