Hi,
After upgrading to a Pixel 7a (7 Pro no longer available ), I received another message from 150, regarding change of delivery address changed as requested. If I hadn't I should contact EE immediately. Well, I made no such request. Now I'm concerned what is happening, as I noticed this message hours later, pre-occupied with fixing the washing machine which incidentally turns out to be kaputt.
Is this message a scam? I can't contact EE as it's late evening now and offices are closed until tomorrow morning. I see fellow posts questioning this same issue but no answers.
Kind regards

Hi @Fur1a,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
I'd recommend contacting Customer Care on 150 this morning so a member of the team can take a quick look at your order.
They'll be happy to help.

Hi James_B,
I did just that and all is okay. It's a standard text where previous details have been added over to new contract et al with the upgrade order. Though the text makes is seem that delivery address details has been changed to a different one which is alarming. However, it isn't the case as feared.
Thanks for replying.
Kind regards Fur1a
