Can anyone tell me, after 2 months of phone calls and issues after getting a new phone, which was faulty, the second was also faulty so a different phone.
how long should it take to get a refund of over payments and when should the bill on the app show the correct information?
im really fed up with EE and the way we have been treated

Thanks for coming here.
Did make an upfront payment for the phones and then returned the phones?
Does the EE app show your account is in credit?
