I have the same issue £238.93 in extra charges to Sony PlayStation. One week after receiving the bill I cannot seem to resolve the issue . EE say it’s Sony PlayStation problem spoken to them they say communicate with Boku they say not transactions showing. Getting rather frustrated it’s not a small amount to find.

Did Boku check under the EE mobile number the charges are billed against?
